Signature baked blue eye, served with eggplant, brocollini and mayonnaise; a sumptuous seafood pie, filled with mussels, blue eye and salmon in a pea cream sauce; crumbed blue grenadier or Bass Strait squid with chunky chips and a punchy tartar sauce. If there is any room left, try and finish with a moreish dark chocolate mousse.
